grabbed three rebounds with a block and a steal against North Carolina.<\/p>\n<p><b>2009-10:<\/b>\u00a0Sat out season and will redshirt following offseason foot surgery.<\/p>\n<p><b>2008-09:<\/b>\u00a0Averaged 5.0 points and 2.7 rebounds per game while shooting 51.9 percent from the field in her rookie campaign &#8230; grabbed five rebounds and blocked two shots against New Mexico &#8230; made three free throws and blocked a shot against Rutgers &#8230; blocked a shot against Purdue &#8230; scored 14 points against both Iowa State and Hawai&#8217;i at Waikiki Beach Marriott Classic &#8230; grabbed eight rebounds against Fresno State &#8230; blocked three shots and grabbed four rebounds against UC Davis &#8230; scored two points and grabbed two rebounds at Arizona State &#8230; grabbed two rebounds and blocked a pair of shots at Arizona &#8230; scored season-high 16 points on 7-for-10 shooting to go with six rebounds against USC &#8230; scored six points and grabbed three rebounds against UCLA &#8230; scored 13 points on 6-for-10 shooting at Washington State &#8230; scored eight points and grabbed five rebounds in win over Oregon State &#8230; scored 11 points on 5-for-7 shooting to go with three rebounds and two steals &#8230; went perfect 4-for-4 at USC for eight points &#8230; hit five shots and scored 12 points against UCLA &#8230; hit four shots and scored eight points against USC &#8230; grabbed a career-high 11 rebounds to go with six points against UCSB in the NCAA Tournament First Round.<\/p>\n<p><b>High School:<\/b>\u00a0A 2008 graduate of Warren Township High School in Gurnee, Ill. &#8230; was a three-year captain of the basketball team at Warren Township &#8230; helped lead team to four North Suburban Conference titles &#8230; team also won regional title all four years, and captured the sectional title in her freshman, sophomore, and junior seasons &#8230; contributed to the team&#8217;s super-sectional title and appearance in the state championship Elite Eight in 2004 &#8230; 2008 Illinois Gatorade Player of the Year &#8230; named Ms. Illinois Basketball in 2008 &#8230; selected to Parade All-America Third Team &#8230; named McDonald&#8217;s All-America honorable mention as a senior &#8230; also named WBCA All-America honorable mention following senior year&#8230; captured 2008 Player of the Year honors from the Chicago Tribune, Chicago Sun-Times and Champaign News Gazette &#8230; took home Daily Herald Player of the Year award three times in her prep career (2006-08) &#8230; earned all-state honors from the Associated Press, Chicago Tribune, and Chicago Sun-Times during her prep career &#8230; four-time selection to the All-North Suburban Conference First Team &#8230; earned a spot on the North Suburban Conference All-Academic Team in 2008 &#8230; named to the all-tournament teams of the Blue Devil Tournament (2004-08), New Trier Thanksgiving Tournament (2004-08), and the Buffalo Grove Tournament (2004) &#8230; played club basketball for Full Package from 2003-07 &#8230; helped lead club team to regional titles from 2004-07, and state titles from 2004-06.<\/p>\n<p><b>Personal:<\/b>\u00a0Born in Oak Park, Ill. &#8230; parents are Mark and Rose Boothe &#8230; has two brothers, David and Nathan &#8230; comes from a family with a strong athletic background &#8230; father played baseball at Northern Illinois from 1978-82, and is the Huskies&#8217; career and single-season leader in batting average, and career leader in on-base percentage &#8230; brother David is currently an offensive guard on the Hope College (Mich.) football team &#8230; has three uncles who played college football, Dennis Boothe (Northwestern), Richard Boothe (Northwestern) and Steven Boothe (Colorado State) &#8230; another uncle, Charles Boothe, was a Division III All-America baseball player at Coe College (Iowa) and played professionally in the San Francisco Giants farm system &#8230; two cousins, Amy and Audrey Boothe, were NAIA and Division III All-Americans, respectively, in track &#8230;
